Q: Can you take the carseat out. Is it detachable like more infint carseats.

A: It is not detachable like most car seats. We had to bring the whole thing in when getting sent home from the hospital, it is not easy to move around with but is helpful for spinning in the car to get baby in the car seat.

A: You can turn the car seat whenever you need to get your toddler in/out of it, it is very easy compared to other car seats. The only time it must remain locked in rear or forward facing is when the car is moving with the child in the seat. You can leave the seat turned any way if child is not in it to allow extra room.

I can’t say enough good things about this car seat. I watched a quick YouTube video and it took me no time to install the seat into my car. It feels much safer than our previous convertible seat (evenflo). The snuglock feature gave me reassurance and allowed me to finally have a seat that feels properly installed. Our son struggled with being in car seats for 12+ months.

My husband installed it easily and it turns both directions with one hand. The beautiful maroon color is a bonus! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this car seat… I did extensive research and the most positive things and the reason i kept it were comfort- my son loves it, he is a bigger kid and a big head so the head rest and size just gives him plenty of space. I felt some of the other head rests were too tight for him. I love the ease of turning this seat. And honestly i read not one review that the turn feature ever stopped rotating so i have high hopes that it will last a long time! I also ordered a few other seats this one just felt sturdier. The only draw back that i didn’t love was I can’t recline the seat without re-installing it. Not sure if it’s my error or not. Overall definitely recommend . I also had to use double sided sticky tape to get the cup holders more secure but not a big deal.
