GreenPan (10" and 12") Reserve Stainless Steel Fry Pan Set

I’m not sure, sadly it changed color after first use

Looks nice enough to be left on the stove all the time. Appears durable and is not light and flimsy like so many others.

I love my beautiful new reserve stainless pans! They do a great job with cooking anything and are so stunning with the GOLD handles. I actually am enjoying cooking so much more.

I have the ceramic coated ones..they cook good but wondering If the handles on these get hot.

The pots and pans feel heavy duty and good quality. This is our first time using stainless steel so it has taken some time to get used to them, but they’ve been working great for us so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice, heavy pans! They’re very attractive looking. They work well with our induction stove. I wish they had some type of plastic covering on the handles to prevent them from getting too hot, but that’s the only negative I can think of, and it’s pretty minor!

We are glad we purchased these pans. They are very nice and functional once you learn how to clean them and use them properly. We are happy to know that we have found a safe surface to cook our food on.

Beautiful cookware! Stylish! and food doesn't stick easily.

I love the look and the fact that they are stainless steel but cleaning them is very difficult hence the 2 star review. I have purchased the cleaning sponges as well as the renew sponges but it is literally impossible to get the oxidized oil off the sides. I would not recommend these for this particular reason.

Love this set! The handles set it off. Bought for my son and his fiancé as a wedding gift and I really like it.

The frypans became quite discolored when used over medium to high heat with cooking oil. Had to clean them with Bartender's Helper using quite a lot of elbow grease. The glass lids are not vented making it difficult to see what's in the pan after steam rises. Aesthetically the pans are quite nice looking and distribute heat evenly. Overall, satisfied with the pans.

Just what I was looking for. Very attractive to the eye and great for cooking.

I've been in need of a new set of pots and pans for a while now and recently purchased a set of the Reserve Stainless Steel line from GreenPan for their President's Day sale. I had been researching different cookware and finally made the switch to stainless steel from my teflon coated set that I've used for many years which we've learned is not the healthiest option. Let me just say, this set is beautiful and extremely sturdy and well-made. They have a good weight to them and seem to cook very well for the several dishes I have made so far. There will be some trial and error as far as heat settings to use depending on the dish, along with keeping them looking new. I had some slight discoloration after making teriyaki ahi tuna steaks and boiling jasmine rice (perhaps because I didn't wash my rice first) even after washing with soap and hot water but have been learning techniques to remedy that. My last set, I would put in the dishwasher but that won't be happening with these. My only complaint is that I had to purchase some pan protectors separately as this set did not include any. But the included cookbook is a nice bonus and has several dishes I look forward to making. All in all, this is a great value for this set and you will love them.

Unfortunately these pans stick. Even when you follow the recommendations. Cleaning them is a pain because if the sticking issue. Im also using olive oil spray or butter depending on what I'm cooking. These are much healthier pans than those with coatings. But they're a pain in the a5s and not truly non stick. I still like them.
