Horrible pans, poor customer service by Green Pan
My daughter purchased the cream color Greenpan set. The entire outside of them is stained brown all over them. She called the company about these defective pans, was told she used too high of a heat. Are you kidding me!! They should be made for high heat. They did nothing!

Please don't buy this product
Please don’t buy this product! I followed all the recommended instructions for using and caring for these pans, but they still don’t work well. Everything sticks to the surface, making cooking and cleaning difficult. You also have to be extremely careful when washing them to avoid damaging the coating. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.

This brand does not last long , but them several times but the inside gets disclored quickly

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Terrible quality
Do not buy these pans. They are terrible. My handles burn the handle smell absolutely terrible when they’re burning and when I reached out to customer service, the reply is that’s normal. The smell won’t harm you and it’s OK. Your handles are burning! And then was told that it is not covered under warranty.

What I liked the most was that the food does not stick and the heat is distributed evenly, which allows you to cook better.

Feeling disappointed with how my order arrived
I’m really disappointed with the quality in Which they arrived with scuffs, marks/ fingerprints on multiple of the pans, the paint already chipped, the colour doesn’t match what was advertised in the photos. My expectation was more of a cooler cream, but it looks more like a tacky yellow/cream.

Great for larger meals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this pan was huge and the perfect size for my seafood boils. The sauces did no stick to the pan and truely slid off without leaving residue. The lid was nice and sturdy, it’s a flat surface lid. Cleaning was easy not having to scrap the pot to get it clean.
