We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

What I liked the most was that the food does not stick and the heat is distributed evenly, which allows you to cook better.

Feeling disappointed with how my order arrived
I’m really disappointed with the quality in Which they arrived with scuffs, marks/ fingerprints on multiple of the pans, the paint already chipped, the colour doesn’t match what was advertised in the photos. My expectation was more of a cooler cream, but it looks more like a tacky yellow/cream.

The lid was nice and sturdy, it’s a flat surface lid. Cleaning was easy not having to scrap the pot to get it clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the GreenPan Rio Advanced 5QT Sauté Pan with Lid to make broccoli and carrots, and I was really impressed. The pan heated up quickly and cooked my vegetables evenly without any hot spots. I only needed a small amount of oil, and nothing stuck to the surface, making it easy to stir and sauté. The 5-quart size was perfect because it gave me plenty of room to cook without overcrowding the pan. I also liked the glass lid since I could easily check on my vegetables without lifting it and letting the steam escape. Cleanup was quick and effortless, which is always a huge plus after cooking.

Knowing it’s made of “clean” materials gives me peace of mind while cooking for my little family and starting my little ones on a healthy eating journey. Sticky Salmon and eggs for a stir-fry meal wiped right off with very little effort. The 5-quart size is perfect for family meals and I especially love the flat lid. It stores much easier than typical domed lids!
