I loved it! uncertain about what hair type it’s for but my daughters hair is straight and medium type. De tangled her hair amazingly and smells amazing so not sure why others could be having trouble. But does not leave her hair hard either, leaves her hair very smooth and soft and I do use a good amount to de tangle a certain area.

The worst!!
My niece has fine wavy hair that tangles easily. When I used this to try to get her tangles out, it made it near impossible. It's sticky and made her hair stiff once it dried.

Worst product EVER! After using once on my daughter’s hair it made her hair so stiff instead of detangler it’s more like hair spray! The next day her hair was so tangled so I used more on her hair (big mistake) it matted her hair so bad I had no choice but to cut off her hair!
