[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer has multiple settings (6 in all) and it's great for mixing light products or at the highest level some items that are much thicker. It's easy to handle and cleans up easily as well. I think this would be a good product for anyone who is a home cook and needs multiple levels of intensity in their mixer. Beyond that it seems to be of a good quality and I assume it will work for many years going on as I have already used it quite a lot of times and have had no lessening of its power. I would easily buy this again.

I can honestly say I’m really impressed and my stand mixer may just be collecting dust from this point on because honestly gets the job done without the struggle of dragging it out And putting it back it’s a struggl!!!It even has a bowl rest that actually a functional feature!! If you’re looking for a lightweight superpowered hand mixer, this bad boy is what you wanna get. I’m absolutely blown away with the performance.

This mixer has several speeds and the seems to have an heavy duty cord. This mixer isn’t as loud as my previous mixers so I am delighted. All I need now is a carrying case and that would wonderful.

In addition, while using the mixer one to increase the speed at the push of the “burst” button. Ejecting the beaters is easily accomplished by simply pushing the knob that controls the speed. I purchased the mixer in white with bluish trim. It is functional yet simple to operate.

I didn’t find that when using this mixer, my ingredients didn’t blow all over the place! I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Also, I must say, all in all, my ingredients mixed very well. This did not disappoint at all, speed settings were good, easy to clean and had some power to it. I tried it a couple times during the week to see if it would uphold and no issues. The bowl rest was a feature I’ve never seen before, but it stayed in place on a metal and plastic bowl. Pulling out the stand mixer for a little cake is just too much to clean, this little guy is the perfect solution! We’ve made cake batter and frosting and even the whipped cream for a chocolate mouse pie! Just pop those little handles in and you’re on your way. The best part is when you’re done, you wipe down the machine, quick wash those wisker paddles and back in the cabinet it goes. So quick and easy!

I am not one to usually use this as you can ask anyone who has been over, and they will vouch saying you will never find one of these in my kitchen ever. The only thing I would love for this mixer to come with, is a plastic bottom keep the attachments together with the mixer so I wouldn't misplace the attachments or trying to find it.

It doesn't have all the settings a larger mixer may have, but It has 6 speeds, plus a quick burst button and it gets the job done. It's basic, easy to use and reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This "Must Have for EVERY Kitchen", the Hamilton Beach 6 speed hand mixer is versatile, lightweight, easy to use with easy clean-up. I decided to make a sweet potato pie when I tried out the Hamilton Beach 6-speed hand mixer because the recipe required a lot of mixing. First, I had to beat the eggs until foamy. This can be long and tiresome. But with the QuickBurst™ button, it gave extra power without the eggs splattering all over the kitchen. In no time, I had my foamy eggs. I have never seen the QuickBurst™ option on other hand mixers. This is a first. I used it several times in making my pie. I especially liked this feature in creaming the butter and sugar. Another first or feature that I have never seen on other hand mixers is the Bowl Rest™. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. But, when I rested the mixer on the bowl, it was fine: no tipping and no dripping on my counter top. Again, I have never seen this feature on other hand mixers. Finally, clean up was a breeze. The beaters easily ejected from the hand mixer and were put in the dishwasher making clean-up a snap. Definitely, the Hamilton Beach 6-speed hand mixer is a MUST HAVE for EVERY kitchen. My pie turned out great, too!!

I just received this, and the box was already open and damaged. Some parts were missing inside the box. I am very disappointed and I would never ever order anything from target ever again.
