I’ll never buy this brand again. Yesterday, 9/10/25, I had the brown sugar and butter mixed up to make a large pan of brownies, cracked the first egg (unfortunately into the butter mixture) and the inside of the eggshell had dark spots, one possibly blood, but was orange - a Google search said the spots were mold! I checked a couple of other eggs and found a lesser amount of mold spots, but I didn’t feel it was safe to use any from the carton. Best by date is 9/16/25. In all the years I’ve been baking I’ve never seen anything so disgusting. I’ll now start cracking each egg into a separate bowl prior to adding to whatever I’m making, just in case.

My roommate has food allergies and Happy Eggs are the only brand that don’t trigger reactions. I love the way they cook up whether fried, poached or hard boiled. Taste is delicious and I appreciate the fact that hens are free range with no added harmful ingredients!!

I LOVED these eggs soooo much. Recently I've noticed that they were pale & white in color- not their usual vibrant orange. They definitely did not taste the same, either. Much more bland than normal. I thought it was just the one box I had but it's been multiple boxes that I've bought the last few weeks. :(

Something was all over the bottom of the eggs apparently and they were all stuck to the bottom so all eggs broke. There is no easy way to report this without talking to a robot forever…. There needs to be an easy way to chat on the app and have this credited or refunded. I shouldn’t have to drive back to target and take these eggs. A picture should do Justice.

I hate to give one star on the product itself, because this is likely Target’s issue. The produce and eggs at Target are always ready to expire. It’s frustrating to pay for high quality only to find after picking up my order, things are a few days from expiration.

Not sure how 'happy' the chickens are, as who's to say what's truly ethical in egg farming but I'd like to believe their practices are better than other brands on the market. Not bashing just uncertain. Regardless, review on the egg itself - it's good, rich golden yolk.

These eggs are bigger than the normal organic cage free eggs that I get. The shell is also nice and thick so it doesn't crumble when I crack them. The yolk is orange too which I know is diet based but still makes me feel better ??

These eggs were fresh and great tasting. Made omelets and scrambled eggs with them. Healthy option with protein so they are filling. Cracked easy and I will keep buying these when I find them. Great for breakfast or dinner.
