Identified Allergy
We tried this with our seven month old and knew to monitor him after we gave him some. (He’s had PB and never had an issue) Two hours after trying, he broke out in hives and was taken to the ER. If these didn’t exist, I probably wouldn’t have tried tree nuts on him until he was much older. Because this made trying nuts so easy now we know his allergy early and found out in a controlled way! Before trying, educate yourself on what to do if reactions do occur

I really like the idea behind it, pears blended with a touch of cashew butter and developed with pediatric allergists. As a breastfeeding mom, I’m careful about what I give my little one, and this feels like a, safe way to expose him to nut allergens early on. The pouch is your typical pouch product no complaints. The only reason I took a star away is because it is expensive compared to other brands.

Beware of allergies
This tastes good but immediately upon consumption my baby broke out in hives around his mouth and all over his body and had to take him to the hospital. This was the first time he had cashews so it's not the products fault but be cautious when giving it to your baby and maybe do a small exposure first.

Good on the go snack.

Small pouches, not large so she could finish in one sitting. Texture resembles the packaging with a thin nut butter.

Wouldn’t Go For This Flavor Again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HappyBaby Organic Nutty Blends Pear with 1 tsp Cashew Butter was good, but not great. It wasn’t an instant hit with my little one like some other flavors, but I do appreciate the opportunity to introduce cashews in a safe and gentle way. The texture was smooth, and the ingredients are clean, but the flavor didn’t seem as appealing to the little ones. Pros: ✔️ Organic and made with simple, nutritious ingredients ✔️ Great way to introduce cashew butter to little ones Cons: ❌ The pear-cashew flavor wasn’t very enticing for my baby ❌ A bit pricey for something my nephew didn’t love I might give it another try, but it won’t be our first choice!
