This lamp has a nice modern design for my living room but is not well made. The shade does not tighten down securely and moves every time you turn it on or off. Very hard to keep the shade straight.

The lamp I received is more gray/black than it appears in the pictures here. It also feels very lightweight for its size, which makes me worry about the pets knocking it over. Lastly, there was a powdery substance all over the packaging it arrived in that made our hands tingle and swell as we put it together.

Needed a substantial lamp for a sideboard in dining room. This is elegant, cool, "arty", and looks more expensive than it is. Easy to put together. Love it!
