I got this as something new to try. I have been eating a few things that substitute part of a main dish with cauliflower and found I don't mind it at all. I have to tell you that when warming this up, the smell was so good. When it was done warming up and I started to eat, my tastebuds jumped with joy. The food tasted good and I was full after eating it. The riced cauliflower tasted no different to me than regular rice and added to the overall flavor. It was very flavorful but not salty at all. I definitely will get more of these as they are great for lunch or to ward off a late night snack attack.

Disappointing. First time I haven’t liked a Healthy Choice frozen meal. The veggies were rubbery and the beef had no flavor. The only thing that was good was the flavor of the sauce of which there was too little of.

It is not a nice product. First it comes half of what the photo in the box implies. Second, I felt like a soggy mixture without taste or texture. I'm happy I bought only one box.

This is definitely going to be added to my favorites to buy again & again! Fast healthy, inexpensive ... I'm a woman with a healthy appetite and athletic tendencies, so one is fine, but note some days you might want 2 for more protein. Highly recommend! And the packaging is planet friendly, so you can eat this with a clean eco conscience! :)

I eat Healthy Choice meals most days for lunch. This one BY FAR has been my least favorite. Other than a heat in my mouth (and I love spicy food, so the spice is not the problem) this had no flavor besides a dirty/ earthy taste that was gross. I had to add salt and garlic to make it edible, but it didnt cover up whatever it was that tasted like dirt. It was so bad, I have jumped online to write a review mid-bowl and I have not decided if I will finish it or go get lunch elsewhere. I certainly will never buy this flavor again. I would suggest you try a different one too.

Despite my previous poor experiences with other powerbowls, this one took me by surprise. It tastes so yummy and knowing it’s gluten-free free eases my mind. There is a bit of spicy to it, but overall very satisfying and I feel full for hours after eating this. Will continue to buy.

I can’t stop buying and eating this! It’s actually delicious and healthy, which is a HUGE plus. When I don’t know what to eat, this has been my favorite to grab! The only complaint I have is that the calorie amount/food amount should be a little higher/more to justify the price and that the amount of meat is not always consistent with each meal.

100% what you want; Sweet and spicy beef, broccoli, julienned carrots, with chard, kale, spinach, scallions, ginger, chili and red peppers in a sweetened soy sauce on a bed of riced cauliflower. They didn't miss a trick! Each bite is a flavor bomb with bites containing beef tasting ... well ... beefy. Would I add additional teriyaki sauce? Maybe? What I do want is an oven-safe bowl with associated cooking instructions.
