I recently used this to make my homemade Alfredo sauce and I’m not sure what others are fussing about with the taste. To me, it tastes the same as the Horizon or Publix brand that I’ve used before. I bought this brand because they were out of the Horizon organic whipping cream Made my sauce the same way as I do with the other brand and it didn’t thicken at all it also tasted different I will not be purchasing again and so glad I didn’t use for my thanksgiving meal I also noticed it had extra ingredients that the other doesn’t

They added a stabilizer to the cream so it doesn't separate. Unfortunately that changes the tase. If you're going to buy heavy cream get the natural stuff. This was a waste of money. Tasted weird.
