[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality for the price point. Incorporates all the desired features one might want including full-tang, German steel, and forged composition. Also very attractive. Hight-wise, the blade is a little small and thin, compared to other brands I have used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is very sharp and the grip is good. Don’t know how sharp the blade will be over time. But out of the box, seems great.

This is a quality trimming knife. The forged blade is sharp and thin so I can peel and shape with little waste. The handle is well weighted and very comfortable to hold.

I added this to my paring knives and I am certainly glad I did. I love a good challenge, even if it is me challenging myself! One of my favorite challenges is peeling an apple in one long peel and with the Kudamono, it is easily accomplished! I like this paring knife for the grantons as well, food does not stick to the blade, which makes it easy to use.

Good handle blade ratio in this knife. I like to have maximum control over my paring knife. I use it for lots of small, precise cutting and I like it be responsive. This paring knife, and the regular 3-inch paring knife, do just that. The sculpted handle of Forged Premio knives fits most hands. This handsome set of knives is forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge blades made from high quality stainless steel can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability. Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.

Comfortable to hold and sharp. The Premio series is a great value priced way to step up to a forged knife. The bolster is strong and sturdy. Most paring knives don't have the hollow air pockets that keep foods from sticking to the blade as you cut but this one has that great feature.

I love the handle on this Japanese paring knife! Feels so good and comfortable and the blade does a great job for slicing and paring. So nice that the veggies do not stick, due to the indentations on the blade. A good knife at a great price!

Great knife for small fruits and vegetables. The fine edge blade is made from German steel so I can trust that it will hold its edge really well. The handle is a little "plump" and rests firmly in the palm of your hand.

Added this kudamono to the boyfriend's Premio block set. Although not the dragon lizard he initially thought I asked if he wanted, he'll agree this knife slays. Ideal for peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetable. With a hollow edge that prevents food from adhering to the blade, it's his go-to-knife for slicing cheese.

I recently learned that kudamono translates to "fruit". This little knife is perfect for fruit. I like the straighter edge compared the the rounded edge on my paring knife. The comfortable handle attached to the 3" blade fits perfectly in my hand.

Pare away with this Forged Premio Kudamono. The handle is comfortable to grip and the hollow edged blade will help food easily slide off the knife and out of the way.
