    Cacao or Cocoa?

    I bought this product because the package said 100% cacao which I understood to mean the raw unprocessed version of cocoa so I purchased it. Once I brought it home on the back of the package under ingredients it said cocoa. Was disappointed to feel misled.

    Perfect flavor

    I found a rather unusual recipe for a chocolate pudding made from avocado, almond milk, cocoa powder and honey. I'd never baked or used cocoa powder before but decided to go with Hershey's. It was fabulous and now I'm excited about adding it to smoothies and my coffee. Delicious and mixed smoothly. BTW, the pudding came out great!

    I love this product so much. I do a lot of baking and it’s always being added to cookies and cakes. Nothing beats the taste of adding it to a recipe it mixes in well and you can’t beat the deep rich taste. It is a staple for making the best hot chocolate as well.
