This has different instructions for making cocoa. It requires chocolate pieces to make cocoa. Without adding additional chocolate, the coco is gritty and unpleasant. Love this old unsweetened cocoa!

Great for desserts or homemade hot chocolate. Nice container but the lid could use some extra seal after you open it because it comes off pretty easy. There is a foil freshness seal. If you store it in a canister it keeps a fresh smell
