A: I can't see all of your question, but the booklet that comes with says you can't use both functions (the warmer and the charger) at the same time.

A: It comes with a short USB charging cable, which won't work to charge your device unless it's an older android.

Heats fast and easy to ring around
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a HOM employee. I tried this for a few days and it heats up quicker than I expected. I really like that it also works as a powerbank because it saves me from carrying two different things. Battery lasts long enough for my usual commute. Very convenient to use during colder days.

I have raynauds
These don't seem to hold a charge very long they take a while to charge. They do warm up quite a bit, but then they die really fast so I would not buy them, but I'm also always cold.

Cool little warmer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This warms your hands and can charge your phone. My son has been using this for several days now and says he likes it. It’s getting cooler out now so it’s useful while waiting for the bus. It does get really warm. As for charging a phone, he says it’s ‘okay’. The battery isn’t large compared to other chargers available, but it does the job. It feels nice in your hand. Asked if he’s going to keep using it, he says ‘Yes’. So this is a winner.

Good Bye to Cold Hands!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have raynauds and my hands are not just cold, they turn blue. With winter coming, I really wanted a solution to help me with my hands. This hand warmer is the perfect size to warm all my fingers. It's long lasting, which has been a problem for me in the past. This hand warmer is well made and rechargeable. I love that it's a powerband too so in the summer when my hands are fine, I have an extra portable charger. Oh, and this gets nice and toasty too!
