Q: It says Power Source is Propane. Does it require a gas line to be installed?

Bent out of shape
I received this electric fireplace today and it came in dented and the screws did not fit in the plastic fasteners properly which resulted in my husband trying to find screws that fit in securely so it won’t fall off the wall. I haven’t finished the install so I am hoping we can figure this out and it works properly. I am not happy with this purchase at all.
