A: Our dehumidifier has both automatic and manual pump drainage options. The pump activates automatically for 35 seconds when the water tank is full, and the 'Full' light will turn on. If you want to manually drain the water, just press and hold the 'Drain' button - this will activate the pump for another 35 seconds. You can repeat this process until all the water is drained. For best performance, make sure to connect a drain hose to the Drainage Port. The pump can push water up to 16.4 feet (5 meters) in elevation.

Great dehumidifier!
Their dehumidifiers work great and it’s the only brand I buy now. They are quiet and work fast to get the humidity gone. I’ve had mine going on 3 years now with no problems and I just bought another one for my daughter.

Poor air filter-clogged drain unclearable
We use the bucket and empty when full and from time to time the water puddles on the flood. The filter is insufficient to keep dust out of the water line and we cannot clear the blockage so we have to use a tray under the unit to catch the water. Never again!

Dead after 2 years and 3 months
Had my 4500 sq ft dehumidifier with 50 pint reservoir and pump unit for a little over 2 years and it DIED. Called HomeLabs and the first person said that they would replace it but I needed to test it first by removing the electrical plug, clean the filter and tank, then running the dehumidifier. Did not get a drop of water. Called the next day and they offered a 40% discount if I bought the unit from them on their website. I'm debating whether to buy another or a different brand with a better rating. Giving it 2 Stars because 1) it ran good while I had it, and 2) the offer of 40% off a new unit.

Great for typical use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think for a compact dehumidifier this works pretty well. We use them often because unfortunately, our AC back up sometimes it pulls the moisture out of the air very well. The noise level is super quiet for a typical dehumidifier. It is very easy to use and set up. My only complaint would be that the plastic compartment that holds the water is not very high-quality plastic. For normal use it would hold up well.

It’s not that loud which I appreciate but I have a window unit ac so it doesn’t really bother me. I love the fact that it rolls anywhere and when you need to dump the water it come with a handy handle very convenient with the mouth of water I think it works pretty good but the tube did have a flat area.

Really pulls the moisture out of the air

This has been a godsend for him. It really pulls the water out of the air. It's made obvious by the reservoir. It also conveniently turns off automatically when the reservoir is full. It is pretty chonky but that doesn't matter much because it's conveniently on wheels.

Reduced Summer Humidity

It seems well made, runs quiet, and seems to be working super efficiently. We live in a tri level and with the hot summer weve definitely noticed a difference. The only downside is if the hose it not hooked up to drain, you do have to empty it multiple times a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I did not really understand how to set dehumidifier up. Once I read the instructions a couple times I realized I did not need to have the hose attached which made things a lot more simple. I simply set it up as instructed to do so and in less than a day, I had to empty out collecting bin twice! I left it on all night and honestly didn’t even hear it. It definitely does what it’s intended to do. I absolutely recommend!
