[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a life changing machine! We struggle every winter with humidity in our home with single pane windows. This dehumidifier has cleared the air and improved our living conditions dramatically. The tank is large enough to handle all day use and only needs to be emptied once daily. The design and footprint of the machine is appealing and minimal. The smooth rolling casters are an excellent additional feature. Highly recommended!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the hOmeLabs 3,500 Sq. Ft Energy Star Dehumidifier with Pump, and I am beyond impressed with its performance! This dehumidifier has made a significant difference in the air quality of my home, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. First of all, the coverage is outstanding. With its capacity to handle up to 3,500 sq. ft., it's perfect for large areas like basements, living rooms, and open spaces. It works quickly and efficiently to remove moisture, and I noticed the air becoming noticeably fresher and less humid within just a few hours of use. The built-in pump is a game-changer! I don't have to worry about manually emptying the water tank, as the pump can easily drain the collected water directly into a sink or drain. This feature makes it so convenient for continuous use, especially in high-humidity areas. One of the highlights for me is that this dehumidifier is Energy Star rated, so I can rest easy knowing it's energy-efficient and won't significantly increase my electricity bill. Despite its power, it runs quietly, which is a huge plus for keeping it on without disturbing the household. The design is sleek and modern, and the controls are easy to use. The adjustable humidity settings and digital display allow me to customize it to my exact preferences, and the unit maintains consistent humidity levels throughout the day. Overall, the hOmeLabs Dehumidifier is an excellent investment for anyone looking to control moisture in their home. It's powerful, efficient, and incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable dehumidifier for large spaces!

I am a bad humidifier owner. I would go so far as to say I am an abusive humidifier owner. Yes - theres plenty of information that says you shouldnt use these to dehumidify a garage. Yes - theres plenty of information that says you shouldnt run a dehumidifier constantly. Well I did. For 18 months. In the oppressive humid environment that is Central North Carolina. This thing kept the onslaught of moisture at bay for over one and a half years, locking my garage in at 45% humidity no matter the ferocity and endlessness of the tide of airborne water molecules weaving through the garage door seams. It sacrificed itself so that a community of bare and poorly-coated steel products would have no fear of oxidation. Songs should be sung about this product. Tragedies written about its toil. When athletes need inspiration to get through the rigors of off season training, I hope they tell each other the tale of hOmeLabs (whats with your capitalization scheme?) 3500 sq ft energy star dehumidifier with pump. Know that I laid this to rest with the honor and dignity that it deserved.
Okay for 1 year and then…..

I have purchased three of these and received two more as replacements, because they failed within the first year. All five of the dehumidifiers no longer work. The last purchase failed in the 13th month. I live in New England and only need them for 3 months at a time, so really didn't get any life out of them. I cannot recommend this product, unless you are okay with purchasing a new one each year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our upgrades to our windows another problem emerged in the form of higher humidity. My wife has asthma and the humidity caused increased coughing. This unit has taken the humidity in our 1800 sq. ft. home down to perfect levels. Its been a life saver for her and my collection of acoustic guitars on the wall in my music room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually our second purchase of the same unit because the first one worked so well. We sold it rather than moving it across the country. This dehumidifier is easy to set up and the controls are fairly intuitive. It holds 1.6 gallons of water, so it takes some time to fill it up. We ran our first unit in the basement furnace room everyday 12 hours for 4 months and it really dried that space out to the point we only had to run it periodically afterwards. That was in the hot humid southeast. We had the first unit for about 2 years and it had no problems. So, we bought another one for our new home in the wet Pacific Northwest. So far so good on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that it worked so well. The last dehumidifier I owned was a complete mess to empty. The 3500 was so easy I could do it myself. I am 85 yo! I am thinking of purchasing another one so I can have a back-up and not be in a situation where I have to buy one that is of lesser quialty. The design was attractive, the quality was supurb and the size was perfect!

Love this dehumidifier! The walls of my windowless bathroom used to stay damp all the time. This dehumidifier literally sucks in all of the moisture. What a difference it makes. I highly recommend this!

Very pleased . Much quieter than old one. We have it up on a platform and used a wide rubber hose to allow it to drain by gravity into a sink.

Easy to assemble. Efficient and quiet. We are pleased. In a short time the humidity was cut down in our basement space. Still learning best way to empty tank and adjusting settings, with all the choices offered.

This is a great dehumidifier. It arrived in great condition. I especially liked the set up instructions I received prior to its arrival...to let the humidifier sit in its proper upright position for 72 hours before using it. This allows the oil in the compressor to settle back into the bottom. Mine sat for almost 4 whole days before I got to setting it up. The only drawback I think this has is the handle for the buckets. It seems a bit flimsy and can twist a bit durong emptying the bucket when its full of water.
