I bought this back in June, and I’ve been using it almost every night since (now August). It works beautifully - I’ve been able to pair down my make up routine to just concealer, blush & mascara - my skin is bright, even & not irritated. The smell is pleasant & the liquid in the tube is dark, but it makes sense based on what is in the product. My skin is typically dry & sensitive, but this product does not exacerbate it.

Literally works overnight. Every time I use it, I wake up with my skin glowing. Even my husband noticed. I have some deep acne scarring, and it doesn't do much for that, but it's a great gentle exfoliate that is non-irritating for sensitive skin and keeps acne at bay.

My Honest Beauty Sleep Resurfacing Serum doesn’t look like the advertised photo or video, but is instead a runny, darker brown color that kind of smells like soy sauce. I haven’t broken out or noticed any damage done to my skin, but I definitely wouldn’t repurchase this serum. I almost always daily wear sunscreen on my face, so that direction hasn’t been an issue for me.

In regards to the beauty serum, because of the acids in the formula, it can range from a honey color to a maple color. the smell is the maple water which gives a light sweet smell. it definitely gets darker as it ages but it doesn't affect product efficacy and is safe to use. This product is amazing!! I'm a skincare enthusiast and usually stick to Korean skincare brands but decided to try out this product. I have stubborn dark spots left from acne that just won't go away no matter what I use. I started seeing a difference within the first week of using this resurfacing serum! I seriously dislike celebrity products because usually it's the face doing all the work but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It is a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth.

Dark brown - not as advertised, old product received twice! I used this a couple of times before my husband pointed out that the color was weird. I liked the product; it didn't irritate my skin. But after looking at the images and videos it's obvious that the color should be much, much lighter. I looked at the Honest Beauty website to see if there was any information. It seems it's considered "ok" for the color to get darker, but what I received TWICE was very dark and looked almost muddy. I can't imagine this is actually how it should be.

It works pretty well after about 2-3 uses but the smell is awful. It’s very strong and I could smell it for about 5-10 minutes after applying. Adding a lotion on top helps hide the smell a little. Besides that it is a wonderful product. (FYI the serum is brown, it shocked me at first)

Found this on one of stores in Maryland, tried it and it works good for my skin. I have seborrheic keratosis and it doesn't help to prevent them. However, this serum makes my skin smooth (so does my fingers). It's easy to apply and I don't like the smell. Repurchase? I don't think so, I will try another serum from Honest which best for my skin.

I went through a couple of tubes of this miracle serum. Nothing gets rid of my blemishes as good as this this one. I have sensitive, dry but acne-prone skin and I can use it every night a couple of days in a row and it never irritates it. Since I started using this serum, my skin has never looked better!
