I actually like this lip balm alright because the Dragonfruit, while faint, is a nice color, and glides on easily. Unfortunately, I’ve concluded that it irritates my lips. I don’t use it regularly - I keep it as a back up in my purse, so it was harder to notice a pattern of irritation, but I began to suspect that it was causing irritation every time I used it. This weekend, it was the only one I had available, and, after 3 days of use, my lips are decidedly uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s the avocado oil or something else. I had similar reactions to the EOS egg-shaped balms a few years ago.

I was a bit unimpressed by the color lychee fruit. I have pretty light skin and thought this might be a good nude shade but on my skin it looks like a beige salmony color. The blendability was underwhelming. It looks kind of like if you have foundation on your lips and then put chapstick over it. This may work for other skin tones though so I won’t discount that! I can’t speak on behalf of the other shades and might give one another try but if you’re fair in complexion I don’t recommend lychee fruit.

For the price, i found it cheap looking and colors were ok. I like the E.L.F hydrating core lip shine better. Colors look nice, it’s more hydrating for less money, and feels nice when you put it on.
