We have used this 2 or 3 times. Today, my toddler got hurt, so we put this on her foot. The next thing you know, we are finding blue beads all over the house. After 30 minutes of searching and picking up beads, I realized the culprit was this pack and saw the seam had split open. Frustrated as I assume these beads are not safe if swallowed by children or animals. Thankfully, it has all been cleaned up.

Doesn't stay cold at All. Put in the freezer overnight. Put it on my ankle wrapped with an ace bandage. It was completely warm in about ten minutes.

I have only tried this for cold, not hot. But it just doesn’t really get cold enough to use effectively. It’s fine in a pinch, but honestly a bag of frozen veggies is better

I love the texture when cold. The beads are a gel like texture. It gets cold quickly. I used it to help my acute TMJ flare up and it stayed really cold roughly 10-15 min. I folded it in half and help it against my jaw.

Pretty good so far! unlike other similar products, even after freezing the balls aren’t stuck together so it is still movable, which makes me feel this is less likely to crack or break at the plastic edge over time.

Not even a month into using it and there's an opening at one end. The little gel beads are leaking out of the compress. We bought another Up and Up gel compress and needed another to alternate use. Figured get something different and these gel beads one pricing was ok albeit a tad more expensive. Saw reviews of it not useful for heat or warm use so was just going to use it as ice pack. Not even 30 days yet and it's broken at one end with a hole that's leaking. Bad quality.
