This item was shipped to me open and the color cartridge was used and replaced by an old cartridge

The box was sealed but when I opened it up to use it, the package was opened and unsealed. The cartridge was definitely used! How does that happen?! I order plenty from Target and my last 5 orders have had faulty items. What’s going on? The pics show exactly what it looked like when opened. I was shocked!

I was happy with your service. But the cartridge is already out of ink. Also , the color cartridge is not working.

1 star because I couldn’t give it zero stars. The inner cartridge was taped shut and when I put it in my printer, it had NO INK! I’m returning today. I called the store immediately after and I sent a complaint email with no response and today you are asking for a review. What has happened to the Target that I loved?

I recently purchased the HP 60 ink cartridge for my HP DeskJet 1000 printer, and here's my take after using it for a few weeks. Installation & Compatibility (5/5): The cartridge was incredibly easy to install. It slides right into the printer with no fuss, and the printer immediately recognized it without needing any troubleshooting or extra steps. It’s fully compatible with several HP printer models, including the HP DeskJet, Photosmart, and OfficeJet series, which makes it a versatile choice for various users. Print Quality (4.5/5): The print quality has been impressive. Text is sharp and crisp, with no visible smudging or bleeding, even on standard printer paper. When printing color images, the colors come out vibrant and true to what you see on screen. However, for professional photo printing, it’s not quite on par with premium photo ink cartridges. Still, for everyday printing needs like documents, school papers, or family photos, it does the job exceptionally well. Ink Longevity & Page Yield (3.5/5): One downside of the HP 60 is its relatively low page yield. HP claims it can print up to 200 pages for the black ink and 165 pages for the color cartridge at 5% page coverage. In practice, I found that it starts running low sooner than expected, especially with frequent color printing. If you do a lot of printing or high-volume tasks, you may go through the cartridge faster than you’d like, meaning it may not be the most cost-effective option for heavy users. Price (3/5): The HP 60 ink cartridge is fairly priced, but it’s still one of the more expensive options on the market, especially when you compare it to third-party ink cartridges. If you’re someone who prints occasionally, it’s a good choice, but for regular printing, it can get pricey over time. HP offers a "Instant Ink" subscription service, which might be a good deal if you print a lot. Overall Rating: 4/5 The HP 60 ink cartridge delivers excellent print quality and is incredibly easy to use, but its relatively low page yield and higher price point make it a less ideal option for high-volume users. For casual printing, it's a reliable, straightforward choice. If you're printing mostly documents with occasional photos, the quality and convenience of this cartridge definitely make it worth considering.

We don't use our printer often but somehow this black ink runs out so quickly when the only thing we've printed was return labels and some insurance forms. What a waste.

The HP cartridges ordered from the website always work, getting them from the big box stores sometimes aren’t recognized by my printer as HP.

Color Ink Cartridges

I rarely print and this cartridge did not meet my expectations for an HP product. I purchased one black cartridge which was my first time. I discovered the 60 replaces the 901. Less than 100 pages printed and then, nothing. I'll try the XL, maybe it will last longer. This was a waste of money.

Oh yeah, gotta love a product you have to replace every year whether you use it or not. Come on HP, it’s 2024, you can do better. I appreciate the recycling envelope, though I’m not sure it’s worth it to ship pieces of plastic around to be recycled.
