Excellent performance in a small footprint
I was very pleased with the number and types of ports, and the performance is excellent. I appreciate the compact design with all its features.

Freeze on Restart
I bought two of these, and both freeze on restart. They have both had windows repaired twice and reimaged twice. They both still freeze, and it is not unusual for them to be locked up when people come to work. Cannot get support to address the issue or send new computers.

Super easy to purchased! BUT super hard to returned........
Honestly, this task feels way harder than I thought it would be, and it's really starting to feel overwhelming. The amount of time and energy I've had to invest has surpassed my expectations, leaving me feeling drained. It's incredibly frustrating how something that seemed straightforward has turned into such a significant challenge. I can't help but think there might be a better way to handle this whole situation.

One of the Best Mini PCs on the Market
The new Elite Mini 800 G9 is precisely what HP advertises: an exceptional desktop PC in a very small package. I use it in my home office, where I primarily use Microsoft Office applications and access the internet for a variety of purposes. This PC is very fast at loading programs and documents and so far has performed flawlessly. My last HP mini lasted six years, and I expect that this one will have a long life as well. The sale price was very reasonable for what you get.

Mini Desktop
I've contacted HP two or three times requesting help to correct the warranty from one to three years (three years was advertised). So far, I cannot get this resolved. I also had to uninstall Wolf security and install a different antivirus program in order for things to work properly. Other than that, I am very happy with the computer so far. I love its compact size. The kinks seem to be worked out now, and the computer is fast. I am very happy with it. I am concerned, though, that I can't get HP to resolve the warranty issue.

A great system with one caveat.
Super system for the price. My complaints have more to do with Windows than the computer itself. Our specific application security requirements demand that we strip out all non-essential apps, features, etc., and button down the security as tight as possible. On top of that, most times when an upgrade occurs, we have to do it all over again because much of that we stripped out was reinstalled. It would be a benefit if HP/Microsoft made available a stripped-down version of this business system without all the bloatware MS insists on. This includes not having to have a MS account (yes, we know how to get around this - for now). This is sold as a business system - not a home computer; we don't need or want all the 'toys' MS insists including.

A lot of power packed under the hood
This little machine is pretty amazing. With the 14th gen I7 under the hood with 32GB Ram and a 2TB hard drive, what's not to love. Runs fast and flawlessly. Very impressed with the capability in such a small package.
