This particular model is not shipped and sold directly by Target. If it is a reseller on their site, there are things that cannot be verified such as when the warranty activation. In the case of sound quality and preferences, you may want to go to your local Target to see if they have any available units for sound tests and compare similar setups.

I purchased this laptop because I wanted a smaller computer to replace my HP desktop which lacked Windows 11. It is sleek and connects to my existing keyboard and monitor. I love HP computers. Several months ago I purchased the same laptop for my grandson who started college. We are both extremely happy with this laptop.

Laptop is good for me, but missing a few niceitys
The screen view is good, the speed is good, would have liked to have another USB port, and a HDMI port to connect to our big TV to watch various internet based TV shows. Like and appreciate the numeric keypad, but wish the laptop had the facility for lighting the keys for low light conditions (my previous laptop had these things, but didn't pass the Win11 criteria.

Poor keyboard.
Your keyboard is hard to read. Why did you make the letters so faint? The keys should be a true black, and the letters should be white with a little bolder font. I had to send the firdt computer back because you has gray keys with faint gray font. What are you thinking?

The price was right but the lack of an SD drive option was sad, especially with no DVD option. I also prefer left/right mouse buttons on the inbuilt mouse pad but again, the price was right.
