A: yes. My 5 1/2 year old just started riding it with no training wheels. He rode it great with training wheels staring about 4. He's average size. Will need something bigger at about 6.
A: Hi Sue! This bike is recommended for children ages 4-6. Height is more important, and we recommend the rider be between 42 and 48 inches, 3.5-4 feet. - Huffy team
A: my apologies... we actually have the 14" model which they don't seem to carry anymore. This will be a bit big for a 4 year old but probably not too big in my opinion. My 5 year old is riding the 14" but could easily be riding the 16" now. I think a 4 year old will reach the pedals and be able to ride with training wheels and be grown into the bike when they may be ready to drop the training wheels.
A: Correct, the bikes do not come with tools.
A: Out of the box there is assembly that is needed. Please check with your local store for assembly options.
A: These should be a 3/8" x 24tpi.
A: That would depend more on the height of the child. Average 4yo I would lean more to a 16", but again sizing is more based on size, not age.
A: The stem height has some adjustment but the stem and bars are one piece. The angle of the bar is not adjustable.
A: At his height I would lean more to a 16", however if you are wanting something to last the 18" may be just a little on the big side now.
A: This particular model does not have any electronics, only a plastic plaque. Some other versions have a plaque with sounds.
A: Assembled weight is approx. 22lbs
A: This model does not come stock with a cup/bottle holder
