A: I'd go with a size large. My kid has just turned 2, and he is 26 pounds...(size 4 movers but tall kid) we have him in a large for the higher waist/back and then Velcro it to size.

These are perfect, I have used these for both my children in their swimming lessons. I am glad that they switched from elasticised sides to tabs as I feel that this has improved the fit. My children also love the finding nemo branding, making them excited to wear them.
