what happened to the luxury feel? they use to have a nice coverage on the back side that took shape to the body. I thought I ordered the wrong ones and it turns they are just scrappy now.

HATE the new version
I am so upset that Huggies changed their Skin Essentials diapers and we can no longer use them. The original Skin Essentials were our favorite diapers, comparable to Coterie in my opinion. The new ones feel cheaper, thinner, they removed the top lining from the inside that helps keep the wet away from their skin, and they added zinc oxide which my son is allergic to. Sensitive skin babies don’t need extra chemicals, they need less. Please bring back the original version!!!

These diapers are perfect for my baby and the high back also helps prevent blowouts from the top as well! Not plastic feeling like other Huggies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how these don’t feel plastic-y like other Huggies diapers. Much better than their other varieties. They are so soft and we’ve not had one blowout. I have mixed feelings about the zinc oxide in these specific diapers but I’d buy them again as they just seem comfortable for baby and no blowouts.

Surprisingly absorbent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These diapers are very high-quality and super absorbent. They are made to be really high up the back, which is nice because it avoids blowouts. They are a little on the thin side, but nonetheless, they are super absorbent. Sizing is ok, I was sent a size 2 to review but my child usually wears a 3 so I guess they would run a little bit bigger. Overall, they are a very lightweight diaper and super absorbent.

A Great Daytime Diaper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am impressed with the skin essentials diapers. The inside is noticeably softer than other diapers I have tried, which is a nice touch. The sides use slightly less material than I’m used to, but the extra-stretchy waistband makes up for it, making it easy to get a snug and comfortable fit. I’m nearly through the pack and so far I haven’t experienced a single blowout. Overall, these are a fantastic daytime diaper that gives baby the freedom of movement.

Better fitting, absorbent diapers

They fit my baby’s body so much better and have better elasticity in the back so there’s no gap- preventing unwanted leaks. The diapers are soft, padded and lightweight- not bulky but very absorbent. I don’t change my baby overnight with no leaks so we are definitely making the switch!

From the blowout barrier, to the supreme softness, to the construction of the inside that wicks the moisture away from my baby’s bottom. These are my go to! The diapers I received were the newest version. They are extremely lightweight and stretch to fasten comfortably. The cute little designs are a bonus. Try them. Nothing else compares!

We also like the liner on the diapers making them very soft. No blow outs or leaks which is great because they do fit better around the waist. I also love that they are more compact than some other diapers too with the same features allowing to fit better in diaper bags.

I prefer the sizing of this versus some of the other Huggies would seem slightly different. My baby has sensitive skin, and this appeared comfortable to him. We only had one blowout so that wasn’t too bad.

It’s still dry to the touch after changing my baby after a long stretch of sleep. It moves with my baby and is a snug fit. First time trying and will be repurchasing.

Huggies is extremely good in this area, making them super reliable, not to mention so cute, the Disney designs are my favorite! I have to mention that for me there is a small chemical smell, but even this is better than some of the other leading brands. I tend to lean on the crunchy side, so Huggies does not check every box for me, BUT if you are looking for reliable, leak proof, gentle on skin, all night protection, and not a single blowout until we had to move up a size, then Huggies is your best friend!
