1 star — Poor packaging
Very disappointed with how this was shipped. The HydroJug was placed loose in a box with no protective packaging, resulting in white marks/dust, two paint chips, and three scratches. It arrived looking used and poorly handled. Target needs to do better with packaging and quality control.

Got this from target pickup. Was damaged and dented. Didn’t see it until I got all the way home. Trying to get a replacement and the app won’t let me put my addresss in. Very frustrating. Upset that now I’m going to have to make an extra trip up there when this was not my fault. Aggrevated!
