A: I lost on average at least 2 pounds per week, little to no exercise and stayed under 20 grams of carbs daily.

If you do not change your habits AT ALL, I would say maybe 4 - 6 weeks depending on how much you want to lose. If you want a kick start, eat NO sugar, that means no fruit, no starch (potatoes, rice, etc.) and walk 20 minutes at least twice a week. Eat lots of greens, vegetables and protein. Hope that helps.

Yes, you can take Hydroxycut Pro Clinical twice a day, but we recommend you first assess your tolerance if you have never taken a Hydroxycut product before. To assess individual tolerance, for the first 3 days, start with one (1) caplet taken with a glass of water two (2) times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals. For days 4 and beyond, two (2) capsules can be taken twice daily. Do not exceed two (2) capsules in a 4-hour period and/or four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.

We have been using hydroxycut for years. We have loved the wild berry drink mix. The new formula however is horrible. Wr have tried to get used to it and it is not working. We would be happy if, the old formula taste was back.

This Hydroxcut Pro Clinical supplement comes in a bottle of 60 caplets. The packaging has a red color. It is easy to open the lid and take the capsule. The capsules are whitish in color. The capsules contain vitamins and even coffee extract. They are easy to take. On opening the lid, I can notice an acidic scent. One capsule should be taken twice daily for up to 3 days and then day 4 and onwards, 2 capsules twice per day.

I received the Hydroxycut weight loss orignal 72 capsules dietary supplements. For the first three days you take one daily and then after its two capsules daily. I prefer mornings for me and it works with my daily routine. These are an extra boost for me and my weight loss journey

I got this product because I was having a challenge losing weight. After being unsuccessful with a reduced calorie diet, I decided to give this a try. I am blown away by how effective this product is! The capsules were easy to swallow and best of all, no jitters! I had a burst of energy that kept me going for the entire day. To start my day, I had 2 capsules 30 minutes before my breakfast. Then, I took 2 more capsules 30 minutes before my dinner. I did light exercise, mostly walking for 30-45 minutes each day. The end result, I am already down 5 pounds after just 2 weeks!

The Hydroxycut product really works. If used as directed you can reach your desired weight loss goal. The reason I did not give the product 5 out of 5 stars is due to the large capsule size. The pill should be take more than once a day. Taking the supplement daily and with it being so large it was hard to take the capsule as often as I should. However, if you do not have a problem swallowing pills, this is the perfect product for you!
