so cute and so disappointing

the bed style is really cute, but we were disappointed with the parts we received. the left side post for the back board came curved inward to the right. it also sits more crooked to the right now that its put together, because the headboard is slightly smaller than the frame. not as noticeable in the pictures, viewing in person however is very obvious. the last peg on the left side of the frame is also made in a way that makes it tilt off to the right. we are now concerned about the stability of the frame. overall we were hoping for a sturdy frame and seamless look like the product pictures and that is not what we got :/ it is a nice looking bed though, and im sure if you get well manufactured parts there are no issues

Frame will always be too small

You get what you pay for. All the fabric is frayed and stapled together in the blind spots. The wood and the slats feel like it’s made completely with particle board. I bought a full size for my toddler and it hangs off the bottom by a good 1.5+ inches (enough that the mattress bottom dropped over). I could fix this by literally forcefully shoving the mattress into the gap under the headboard, but my gosh what a pain it’s going to be to have to free the mattress and shove it back in every time I change his bed sheets. Who makes a bed frame the EXACT same size as the actual mattress?! I guess the good thing is that it arrived early and undamaged, so that’s a plus. Anyway, going to buy another frame and return this one because I don’t want to deal with it for the next 10 years.

Great for the price

This bedframe is so easy to assemble. It took me longer because I was alone but still so easy to do. It looks very good. My only negative point is that it is slighltly smaller than my queen size mattress so the mattress does cover the upholstery sides.

Satisfied! Slightly misleading photos

Shipping was fast and well packaged, assembling with one person isn’t impossible but it definitely took me longer than with some help just holding a couple things in place. My biggest issue/surprise is each pair of feet is different. The back feet attached to the headboard wooden obviously, the middle two feet are square and the ends are round. Looked a little strange during assembly but once you put the bed back together it all blends just fine. Past that I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s simple, sturdy, the fabric is moderately durable vs my scratchy cats. I anticipate the frame being durable and easy to disassemble when I eventually move. Instructions were pretty clear, I feel like I have a quality ikea piece.
