A: He would be way to big. I know this say 13+ my kids are not big and it is just right for 5 to 9 year olds. My 6 year old weighs 42lbs and my 7 year old almost 8 weighs 54lbs.

I bought this on sale on black friday for my son for christmas. He had a ton of fun with it for the few times that he was able to ride it, up until the battery completely quit charging. This was just a few months after I bought it. I didn't ever leave it out in the cold or over charge it. It just completely quit working. Don't waste your money on this.

Due to the weather system we have had, my child has only been able to use this bike a handful of times in the 7 months we have had it. So imagine our surprise when the motor stopped working. When we went to look at the bike, the panel over the motor looked like it had been pried open several other times. I compared the work of the panel to other areas of the plastic frame to see if it was normal. It wasn’t. It was clear that the bike had this problem before and was resold. Tried calling the number underneath the bike - out of service. Called customer service (25 min wait) - refusal of return due to the return window and “there is nothing we can do”. That statement is laughable considering the amount of damaged items thrown away daily and the ridiculous amount of money paid for marketing. I digress, I was given the number I had already found on the bottom of the bike, explained it was out of order. Given another number, worked but only with a voicemail. I feel like Target could have been more forecoming in their descriptions and return policies. I also feel that Target selling me a used product as new, should ethically be responsible as well. (The customer service agent was great, he did as he could. I am talking about Target only and the third party seller - Go Power Sport).

The bike itself is pretty heavy and the plastic is pretty flimsy so it’s hard to put in a car when lifting also takes forever to charge, but other than that it’s great PS I bought this for only $189 in 2024 the price went up by a lot

This toy was great till it wasn't. Gave it to our son at Christmas and within 2 months it wouldn't charge. Contacted the company and they sent a new controller and charger. Still didn't work. Then the company said it was basically our fault for charging it too long - even though they told us to charge it longer. Such a waste of money. Listen to all the bad reviews. It's junk.

We have had this over 6 months and have not had an issue. The battery life is pretty good and my kids have had countless hours of fun on this. I did buy the warranty in case of things happening but have not needed it. It's a shame that so many people have had issues and left bad reviews but we have had the complete opposite experience with this electric bike. The only negative thing I have to say is the age recommendation this bike is small my 8 year old is a giant on it. 13+ seems a bit out of touch.
