Q: Manual says charge 15 hours first use. The cord says 4-6 hours for first. It’s probably charged about 4 hours and the cord has turned green, but it doesn’t turn on

A few months is the power wheel started shutting off after a few minutes of use. Guessing the fuse is overheating as that part is hot to touch and wiggling the wires sometimes would restart it. I’ve tried their customer service and it’s atrocious. The phone number says to email and their email support says I have to call in to order a part. Ridiculous loop and disappointed in my Target experience with this vendor. Wasted so much time on top of $200

DO NOT BUY!! And do not ignore the reviews that say DO NoT BUY like I did. This product will stop working just after the 6 month warranty expires. Target will not replace or exchange it due to it the timeframe being outside the return window and the price it too high (over the $100 limit) to do an ID return. Then when you call the company directly to ask to troubleshoot or purchase replacement parts they will tell you they are out of them and don’t know how long they have been out don’t know when they will be in stock and won’t give product specifications so you can search for new parts on your own. So it’ll work for six months but after that it’s literally and physically just garbage.

Bought this UTV in November 2024, in store at my local target. Winter prevented us from taking it out, but by April my little one was more than ready to drive around. By May it stopped working! Contacted the company and after some shaky responses, we're still waiting on the part/s it needs. I would not recommend this toy. Very disappointed in the customer service from the company. Very disappointed in Target, feel like they sold us a lemon.

Got this for my daughters for Christmas. Didn’t get it out till about 2 weeks ago when it started getting nice out and it lasted 2 weeks before breaking down! My husband checked the battery and that’s fine. He thinks it’s an electrical issue or something. So frustrating! Too late to return so now I’m stuck with a huge toy that doesn’t work. So sad for my girls.

So disappointed in this. I bought this for my child for Christmas and it only worked about a month. It won't charge, I bought a new charger and it workeda little.. I'm going to try to replace the battery but this car is very disappointing.

Terrible! It’s like the other reviews it’s such poor quality. Ours didn’t even turn on after we charged it for the required amount of time like 16 hours or something. Wasted my electricity and they didn’t even refund me for the insurance I bought on it. I can verify it doesn’t work like all the other reviews

Kid was super excited about this Christmas present. Had a great day riding it and then it completely stopped working. I’ve been in communication with the customer service team, who are only available via email and only send one response a day. We ran into an issue with the gear box bracket not being welded incorrectly the correct spot on one side but was fine in the other side. We ran into other issues as well but this was the most frustrating. We were not able to get in touch with the manufacturers customer support. The phone number never connected. Seems small for my tiny 6 year old.
