Works amazingly well. The heat is great (although we only use it at the second setting. The third can get too hot) and the different vibration patterns are nice. Battery life is quite long and the belt is quite comfortable. My wife, my mother in law and myself all use it often and we love it. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Amazing!
As an avid athlete this is a life changing product. I use it on my back hamstring or anywhere else I can put it. I wear it while I warm up or in bed after a workout and it’s amazing. It gets very hot and even almost gets to hot at times which is something I have never gotten out of any electric hot pad. Let along one that is portable. This really was helpful in all athletic activities that I participate in. Highly recommend

After injuring my back this winter, the Venom 2 has been a life saver! While it's designed for lower back, I am able to bring it up to the middle back with no issues,. Excellent product!

Battery life is 👎
The venom works well for my sore back, but after using it for two 15 min cycles with the heat and vibration on it needs to be recharged. Which charge time take a while. It would be nice if you could plug it in and use it while it charged. It's easy to use, the Velcro belt is nice and wide and sticks well without coming apart. The highest heat setting gets very hot!! Which my wife uses for cramps every month. Overall it works well and is comfortable to sit in bed or on the couch when using.

Pretty epic! Heat? Check! Vibration? Check! Portable and not having to be worried about wires? Check! That is what makes this a game changer. Update! Unfortunately, these things do not last at all. Two of them have completely died on me in less than a year sadly.

Great improvement to the Venom 1
I broke my lower back around 4 years ago and have had to rely on heat pads and the Venom to help me stay active. This was a good improvement to the first Venom with a larger heating surface. Its a good option for anyone that needs to heat your back on the go.

Product is far too big
I was expecting great things from this product. My review is not based on how well it works, but rather how large and cumbersome it is. I'm 5'6" and slight and it's overwhelming. I wish I had spent more time looking at the dimensions

The Best
I bought one for each of my kids they are both semi-professional skiers and always have lower back pain. They use them all the time, before skiing for warm up and after for recovery. I am considering getting a third one for myself to use when they are traveling.

I’ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don’t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase and I’m glad to have it in my arsenal of Hyperice items.

Best bad back buddy ever!
I have used this for over 7 years, and continue to recommend it to colleagues across a range of activities. Coaching volleyball. Bad posture at an office desk. Tweaked my back lifting a heavy thing. All of those back woes are reduced with this device. I use the heat and massage together or just heat on a colder morning. great for after activities or to warm up beforehand. Easy to use and fits most waist sizes. Even wrapped around my leg before when I pulled a calf.
