Good not great
Heat is strong but the vibration could be more powerful. Nice to have both without having to lie down or try to use a hand-held massage gun on your own back which is too awkward to be relaxing for me.

This product is a game changer. I have a connective tissue disorder and am always looking for products that can help keep me moving and active. The pros- the heat and vibration, along with ability to tighten to my back is a game changer. Previous and cheaper heat/ massage combos hurt and are bulky. The Venom 2 back is so comfortable, it feels like I am melting into this device. I felt my muscles release and am no longer stiff. The cons- This item does take a while to become fully charged, but it has up to 2 hours of battery life. I would like for it to stay on while charging, but I am just being greedy. I will be happy to try more of this product line soon. I cannot imagine life without Venom 2 back!!!

I use this back heater almost every day, I even travel with it! I have been dealing with lower back pain for years and this helps to alleviate SO much pain! Definitely one of the greatest purchases I have ever made! This item is perfect for anyone at any activity level!

The venom 2 back is a fantastic tool for all around recovery. Experienced a lower back injury last year which has been a challenge to recover from, but the heat and massage features on the venom 2 back have been very helpful to loosen up my back and relieve pain. The battery life has also been very impressive, allowing me to wear it for extended sessions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lower back recovery or pain management tool!

Lifesaver
I love this product. I have a back injury from college swimming that pops up from time to time. I wear this on my way to the gym, before a long bike ride, or while I swim to warm up and loosen my back. I recently had an 8hr car ride, and this product saved my back for the long ride to and from. This product can be used from a beginner to an expert. I would make sure that you have a barrier between skin and the product as it can get very warm.

It actually works
I didn't think this was going to be so good, I thought it was all hype but mark me surprised. It gets incredibly hot which is exactly what I needed. The app is basically pointless for this device and I'm ok with that because the controls are very straightforward. The battery is only going to last a few sessions which makes sense considering how hot it gets, so I charge it up after each use. It's great pre and post golf for my lower back. I would absolutely but this again.

I previously experienced a lower back injury in college and gave experienced lower back tightness since then. I used to use a heated rice bag to help loosen up my back. But with this I was able do things around the house or at my desk instead of having to Lay down to heat my back. This both heats and massages and does a great job at making my lower back feel better before and after workouts. My gf has even used it to heat her stomach when on her period and says it works wonders!

Well built and the heat works great. The massage is more like a light vibration. Love how quick it warms up. My only critque is that the battery life is pretty short and needs to be recharged often.

Works amazingly well. The heat is great (although we only use it at the second setting. The third can get too hot) and the different vibration patterns are nice. Battery life is quite long and the belt is quite comfortable. My wife, my mother in law and myself all use it often and we love it. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Amazing!
As an avid athlete this is a life changing product. I use it on my back hamstring or anywhere else I can put it. I wear it while I warm up or in bed after a workout and it’s amazing. It gets very hot and even almost gets to hot at times which is something I have never gotten out of any electric hot pad. Let along one that is portable. This really was helpful in all athletic activities that I participate in. Highly recommend

Battery life is 👎
The venom works well for my sore back, but after using it for two 15 min cycles with the heat and vibration on it needs to be recharged. Which charge time take a while. It would be nice if you could plug it in and use it while it charged. It's easy to use, the Velcro belt is nice and wide and sticks well without coming apart. The highest heat setting gets very hot!! Which my wife uses for cramps every month. Overall it works well and is comfortable to sit in bed or on the couch when using.

Pretty epic! Heat? Check! Vibration? Check! Portable and not having to be worried about wires? Check! That is what makes this a game changer. Update! Unfortunately, these things do not last at all. Two of them have completely died on me in less than a year sadly.
