I don't normally take supplements or review supplements, and I really didn't pay attention to whether it was "working"or not, but one day I started noticing increased night sweats, and more hot flashes at work. I thought to myself, "why all of a sudden am I my having these again?" Then, laying in bed one night, it dawned on me that I had ran out of Estroven and I hadn't taken it for two weeks! BINGO!! I'm currently back on the website ordering more! Currently, I just use the basic formula, but I'm going to try the mood support.

I tried this and have to gag it past my nose into my mouth. The smell is disgustingly strong, between dirty booty and mold. I think I would rather be a raging menopausal women then put them in my mouth everyday. I usually have the yellow ones but they were out. They don't smell like this.

In two more days I will have taken Estroven Stress plus Mood & Memory for the recommended 60 days. I will continue taking it! It's the most important supplement I take in a day, so I'm careful not to miss it. It started working noticeably in 2-3 weeks. I've never been an anxious person or experienced anxiety. With this menopause, it threw me for a loop into anxiety and I felt like a prisoner of it, and felt I might be losing my mind. I did not feel like myself at all. I tried various calming techniques, whatever I could find. A friend told me Estroven helped her through a tough time and, after having taken it even after 2-3 weeks, I noticed big changes and felt very nearly like my old self again! I am soooo grateful..

I started taking this product about two months ago. And I could see the difference in my moods swings in one month. Before taking this product...my mood swings were horrible...caused alot of problems at mt job. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I currently tried this type of Estroven (usually use weight management) to see if it would help. What I have noticed is that since I am ADD and take Adderall XR 40mg, it actually seems to make the problems worse. I am more moody and constantly want to cry. Going to have to go back to either Weight Management or not at all
