Q: Can I place the ice pack in the freezer for more than 24 hours? How long I need to keep the icepack in the freezer for the effective cooling?
A: You can store these in your freezer in between uses. We just store them in our chest freezer.

Q: is it already frozen. i do n9ot have to put it in the freezer because my freeser is not working
A: They are liquid when buy them, you must put them in the freezer to freeze the liquid inside.

Q: how long does one ice pack last before it is warm?
A: It depends on the side and how cold the other items in the ice chest are. If you have a large one, and it's packed in a cooler full of frozen meat, everything will probably be defrosted in three days.

Q: How many ounces is each ice pack? I need to bring one that’s 3.4oz or less for a flight.
A: I was wondering this too. Also is it stamped with the number of ounces as required by TSA. All of my packs are older than these post 9/11 rules.

Q: How to open the ice block ? Can we fill it with fresh water before putting it in freezer? Or do we not to replace the water inside? Please advise.
