Q: How do you unscrew the medium embark ice block to get water in it?

A: That is not correct. I just bought today and they are pre-filled and not meant to be opened.

Q: Are these filled with liquid or are the empty so you can fill them yourself with plain water? I noticed they seem to have a screw cap.

A: They come filled and not meant to be open.

I know it might be silly to others, but people are right. There are stickers on both sides. Don’t come completely off. I know it won’t hurt the function of it, but when dry things are going to stick to it. The smaller versions have no stickers.

The ice packs come with large adhesive stickers on both sides. The stickers are impossible to remove cleanly and leave behind a sticky mess that does not come off.
