When attempting to make a coke or soda slushie, the liquid gets behind the auger at the base of drum and ice forms behind the auger, causing the auger to dislodge from the rotating pin. And it begins to rock back and forth. Only selecting the three bars and after forty minutes, not enough slush is being produced and I think it has something to do how the auger does not set back all the way against the metal drum.

Tried to make virgin Pina Colada using Handcrafted by MASTER OF MIXES. ITRIED THE JUICE setting. I then used custom and dropped the temp to 20°...it finally froze. Under the juice it wasn't frozen.

The ability to make so many different products is very nice. Having the machine during summertime will help the children to stay cooler, more hydrated and we can sneak in nutrition. This is the first that we've owned of one of these and I think it will come to good use.
