Disappointed
I wish it worked so I could have a better review but mine came defective so I don’t have much of a review to provide other than the setup was easy and it doesn’t take up much space.

Works, and then doesn't work
Makes a nice slushy drink, but then detects the temperature of the mix at 16 degrees (when it's more like 30f) and shuts down the cooler turning the slushy back into liquid.

Impressed with first few batches
It was great the first few days after troubleshooting I can’t get a slush consistency. I’m using slush syrup 4:1 as recommended. Like I said the first couple of batches worked great and now it’s watery

Will not slush with juice or soda
Just got our machine yesterday, cleaned and set it up as directed. Let it sit for several hours before trying and it will not slush with straight juice or soda. Last night or this morning. Getting warmer rather than chilling it.
