A: Hi - the shade material itself is a white cream color. Remember that once you use the shade with an illuminated bulb, the bulb can change the look of the shade, making it look more yellow if you are using a warm incandescent bulb type. Hope that helps answer the question, thank you for asking.

These 2 lamp shades look ridiculous. They are entirely too small. I just moved on Friday and put them on the lamps then. I gave the man the dimensions of the lamps and this is what he suggested. I know it's been awhile since ordering but they. are still wrapped in cellophane. Can I still return?

I bought some shades at Walmart that did not fit my lamp. These are so much nicer. One can tell by looking at them that they are a quality shade. There is a faint striping that show up more when the light in on. I used the guidelines on Lamps Plus to get the right size shade, which is very important to do.

I had a lamp that I liked, but not the shade that came with it. This shade was well made and went well with the lamp. Also more reasonably priced than some other similar shades. I ordered it through Target, as opposed to some other sites, because I could have returned it to a local Target store if I didn’t like it.
