A: Thank you for the question! Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in walker, Use only on flat surfaces free of objects that could cause the walker to tip over. Prevent access to stairs, steps and uneven surfaces, STAIR HAZARD: Avoid serious injury or death. Block stairs/steps securely before using walker.

A: Thank you for reaching out! The fabric seat pad can machine washed with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, low heat. The height can be adjusted on the walker. There are 3 different height levels. If you turn the walker over, underneath, you will see a button set in the horizontal position (sideways). Change the button into the vertical position (up & down). You will then push the button down into the rack and move it up and down until you find the desired height level. Let go of the button. It will then set back into place. Turn the button back into the horizonal position (side ways) to secure the adjustment. We hope this helps.

Best purchase ever
Walker is built well. I decided to use this when my baby was about 9-10 months. He didn’t like it at first. At about 11 months. He began to like it. At one year and five days he started walking. But I didn’t use this walker just in the house because it doesn’t do it justice. My backyard is all flat and concrete. My kid loved it. It was so much fun seeing him out there. I made so many videos of him. This is awesome.

I like the esthetic of this. However, the toys loose suction easily. It does not collapse easily. It’s a pain. I wouldn’t purchase this again.

Amazing Activity Walker!
Little one loves this! The toys suction cupped to the tray is genius and she loved the variety! Also nice that there’s room to remove those toys and put others on the tray, or snacks, etc.

Not a Good Purchase
The toys didn't stay suctioned on and the fabric on the seat ripped. It was purchased as a newborn gift and the first one arrived without the wheels, so they sent a replacement after the one missing parts was mailed back. When the time came to use the replacement walker, the toys were useless and would not stay suctioned on. When Customer Service was emailed about the issue, they responded that it was out of the 90 day warranty and offered no options other then push them on hard (that also did not work). After a month of use, the underside of the seat also began to rip. I don't recommend.

Bad wheel design
Great concept poor wheels! Hair got caught in them and now they are jammed up with no way to remove the hair. The walker barely moves and my daughter gets frustrated.

Too short
It’s a nice walker. Seems well made enough. The problem I have is the height. My baby is 6 months old 28 1/2inches and already too tall for it on the highest setting. If your baby is on the shorter side then this would work great.

Great. Wish was taller.
My 8 month old is 27inches and uses it at the highest setting and likely won’t be using it for much longer which is a bummer since she loves it. She maneuvers easily going from our wood floor onto the rug; even doing k-turns and going backwards when necessary. We’ve had her try pushing it from the back but the wheels don’t have enough friction for a learner.

Not as great as we thought.
Have a 3 because the adjustable heights are not realistic for growing babies. After having the walker for only 3 months, my 9month old is able to easily climb out. We feel as though the seat needs to be deeper.

Doesn't Adjust As Advertised
I like this walker overall. It is sturdy but as others have mentioned it doesn’t collapse for storage or travel which is really frustrating. I have read the manual and watched several videos online and no matter how I pull the latch it will not collapse! If you never need to adjust it’s height it should work for you. Otherwise I would suggest something else.

We LOVE this baby walker, and baby LOVES the walker!!!! He sits in it every single day since he was 4.5 months old, and now he’s 8 months old. Now he runs fast around the whole house in it! It’s truly the hilight of his day. He also gets his popsicles in it every day. It gets filthy, but I use a steam cleaner and clean out the grooves and the fabric comes out easily and I wash it once a week and it looks brand new every time. Best baby item ever!! We love this!!!

It's mehh. . .
It's doesn't move easily. It's very large. It's very difficult to turn. The toys do not stay on the tray, with or without insert on. My 6mo old DOES enjoy sitting in it. I am assuming it's very comfortable. It does fold down pretty flat. Aside from the back rest, it fits it pretty tight spots and would be convenient to pack for traveling.

Daughter hated it
The tray in the front of the walker is too big that she thinks she is there to eat instead of walk. Also toys don’t stick to tray. Also set up was dumb - had to insert stupid tabs into the frame for the chair.
