Q: The description says that you can uses the suction cup or clip for the vent but I don't see any suction cup or clip in my box. The directions don't show anything other than using the holder in the cup hole. Please help me with this !!!!

So it is pretty universal in my opinion. It adjusts to the size of your cup holder to work in any car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this, but the top piece falls off easily when I try to adjust the phone (turn it, tighten it or tilt it). The pieces that secure the phone holder to the cupholder stand don't seem to lock together tightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we tend to run errands and have our 3 year old along and it's a lot faster if either one of us runs in quick and the other stays in the car with her we have been looking for something to use to set up the phone for her to watch a movie or show to keep her occupied so this was something we thought would help to make that easier and so far it's working well and it has fit our phones great the only small complaint is that if you try to adjust it in certain ways the clip on that holds the phone falls off so it's not quite as flexible on position that we had hoped but that's a minor issue it's just a matter of set it and leave it
