I'm going be returning it. I don't know if I'll try another one or just get a refund. Mine was defective right out of the box. When you try to squeeze the 2 sides together to hold the phone, they don't grab. And then the release button does nothing small, little, tiny pieces of black plastic, when falling out of it does not appear to be returned.

Just got it a week ago for my elderly mother-in-law and so far she says it’s working great. Easy to use and set up. Haven’t used the suction cup part just the vent clip which has a nice strong hold.

Absolute junk. The button for releasing the grip of the phone worked 4 times before jamming. With effort you can convince it to release but then it stays stuck in the open position. The suction pops off randomly when it’s too warm or too cold. Just a really poorly made version of something that should be simple.

Quality is crap. Broke after two months of VERY light use. I think I used this a grand total of maybe two dozen times. Also, even when it did work, it took two hands to get your phone situated, and two hands and A LOT of finger strength to get it to let go of your phone again!

Vent mount unusable, the T-Adapter Ball joint mount does not come in the package. What a waste of money. Suction would mount to windshield either. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been trying to stick this on the car windshield and it won’t stick. I even reached out to the manufacturer and it stuck but as soon as I put my phone in the holder it fell off. Waste of money!

Vent clip attachment that connects the mount to vent clip wasn't included in the box. I had to rig it to make it work. 👎🏽

Didn’t even get out of the parking lot before having issues. The T-adapter ball joint was missing from the box. This piece is necessary to use the vent mount. Tried to use the window mounting suction cup. Cleaned the glass well, let the alcohol dry completely. Installed as directed. Set up and went to leave. First speed bump in the parking lot made the arm bounce up and down, causing the suction cup to come unstuck and fall. Broke both the screen protector and lens protector because of the fall.

The main rod that holds this unit together came out of the suction cup the first time I tried to mount it to my window. Now my phone flops left and right while I'm driving. The main bracket that holds the phone has fallen of the arm a few times. Also, the brackets rattle when not in use.

I bought this and the insurance that they offer, both the manufractures warrenty and thr insurance wont cover it even though it broke due to ordinary use after four months.
