Description
Having a trailer is the best way to get out an enjoy biking with the whole family. A trailer means minimal change to your bike and the convenience of a universal coupler that allows you to change from riding with a trailer to riding without a trailer with no tools. This usually isn't possible with a frame or handle bar mounted kiddie seat. The Instep Sync Single Trailer holds one child securely and comfortably inside with a 2-n-1 bug and weather shield and harness. The 16" air filled tires have molded rims. The aluminum frame folds with quick release wheels for storage and transport. The Sync comes with a universal coupler that acts like a trailer hitch attached to the rear axle of the bike. First install the coupler and then the arm of the trailer easily attaches and detaches from the bike without the use of tools. You can pull the kids on Saturday and then commute to work on Monday without the hassle of a big parts change in-between. The Instep Sync Singleton trailer is a great way to enjoy the outdoors with an active family.

Q: Does it come with a back handle bar to use for jogging. I don't think it does so my next question is can a handle be attached, or is there an accessory for this

A: It does not come with a handle bar to push. Just a bar to attach to the bike. It’s only a two wheel system.

If you're interested in one that can, check out the InStep Quick and Eazy bike trailer at target.com. It comes with a kit that has a front swivel wheel and handle bar for converting this trailer to a stroller.

Q: does this have a distance and speed limit? can this be take on dirt or gravel roads or trails?

A: We recommend keeping the speed at or below 10 mph, but there is no distance limit. The pneumatic tires will help with comfort and traction for any light off-roading, but smoother surfaces are typically recommended.

Q: Is it easy to attach and detach? I mean you fix the coupler to the bike wheel and then the trailer can be removed easily from the coupler right?

A: The coupler can stay attached to your wheel. To detach the trailer, you will pull the pin attaching the towbar to the coupler.

Q: Is there a minimum age/weight restriction for this product? Wondering if it works for infants.

A: It has a swing seat that hangs inside and will easily carry an infant. I did not put the swing in because I have my 10 pound dog ride inside with no problems. It works perfectly.

This is a great trailer. Very easy to assemble and collapse for storage or traveling. Our child fits comfortably and loves the ride. The window screen in the back could be a little larger to increase air flow to keep it cooler inside.

It was very easy to assemble by myself and attach to my bicycle. For a fairly inexpensive bike trailer option, it seems very sturdy and easy to tow. So far I have taken it with me on a 2 mile round trip ride through my suburban town. I feel confident and safe even with traffic around (I live in the land of big pickups!).

Love it! Super easy assembly. Took less than ten minutes and no tools. My 2 year old daughter LOVES riding in her trailer and now we can go on family bike rides with my older children and she can be part of the fun. So happy we purchased this. Only thing is it can get hot in there and I wish the sides were mesh too like the back and front, but this is only really an issue on 90 and above degree days, when who really wants to go on a ride anyway!

Look no more for a single child seat trailer. This is awesome for it's price. Assembly is 5mins and super easy that anyone can do. Just make sure you install the locking nut washer on your bike frame correctly. Has air filled tires. Nice canopy options. Very light. Buy it now!

There was a discrepancy in the max weight capacity. The online highlights indicated max weight cap of 80lbs and the box indicated 40lbs. Item was returned.

Best doggie trailer! My 7lb dog is small and always worried about riding my bike with her running along side. I had put it together and attached to my bike in about 10 minutes tops. Went out for maiden ride the other day. Awesome! Now I don't have to worry about running over my pup. Can't complain about the price either. Thank you.

My 1yo loves exploring our neighborhood with us in this. It's easy to use, take apart, and store. It's sturdy and has room for my son and a small bag or 2 of light "shopping" in the "trunk area" which I love! I was so excited to get this and haven't stopped using it since. After reading the reviews I will agree that a few times my son has gotten a little dirty after a long ride, but it's to be expected. So far I have no issues and am extremely happy with my purchase.

I use this trailer for my small-medium sized dog (25 pounds) and she absolutely loves it. I placed plenty of cushions on the bottom to make it more comfortable for her since she does not sit in the child's seat as a person would. We've gone on several rides with it and it has held up very well so far. And I live in the city and the roads are not always the smoothest by any means. It handles the bumps and holes pretty well. I also like how easy it is to attach and unattach from my bike. Very quick and painless. The instructions made assembly very easy.
