Love this creamer however I got it home and when I turned it to put it in the fridge I realized the top of the bottle near the lid was punctured on two sides and was leaking. Had to throw it away and couldn’t exactly bring it to the store to return.

The one star is for the pull tab. I can barely get this open and when I do it spills and makes a mess. A creamer you can hardly open is not worth buying in my opinion..... Do better International Delight!!!

I have loved International Delight Sweet Cream (Coldstone) for years. However, this new bottle I bought is terrible. It doesn't taste good at all and has a horrible consistency, almost like egg whites. It doesn't taste as sweet like they're using cheaper ingredients or sugar substitutes. Unfortunately, I'm so disappointed that I don't think I'll purchase it again. Also, the pull tab is the worst. I don't know how people are supposed to open it without a struggle or spills.

Love the product. Hate the opener! Waited to see a new one and got it. But so hard to pull open it splashed creamer all over my nightgown and the floor! You weakened the neck, too. To hold the bottle, if you hold the neck, it's possible for more creamer to come out than intended.

Why did they replace the foil seal with tough plastic seal? The new plastic seal requires so much force to remove that creamer splatters all over the kitchen.

The is the only brand of French Vanilla creamer that I would buy that didn't upset my stomach. But since they had the recall it does not have vanilla flavor at all.

They have watered down their recipe & it tastes terrible. I don't recommend ANY of them. Some have artificial sweeteners that weren't there before and my body can't tollerate it.

Product is my favorite! I love the creamer and have been using it for the last 15 years. The new bottle design is absolute trash though. It’s nearly impossible to open now. Your previous silver seal was hard to open but easy once I figured to use the cap to pop it open. This new pull tab is awful. You have to pull so hard that there’s a 100% you’ll spill creamer all over your kitchen. What’s the point of selling a product if your customers can’t open it!

My daughter in law bought this around the holidays last year. She didn’t like it. tried it one time and have been hooked ever since! I do not like any other kind of creamer in my coffee. Period. I stocked up a couple months ago and now I’m having difficulty finding it in my area. Please make this a creamer that we can have available anytime!! It is the best ;)

Why for the love of goodness are you starting to put Sucralose in the creamers? Please label them as lower sugar CLEARLY on the label. Some people are sensitive to Sucralose and some people(me) just think its tastes bad.
