The is the only brand of French Vanilla creamer that I would buy that didn't upset my stomach. But since they had the recall it does not have vanilla flavor at all.

They have watered down their recipe & it tastes terrible. I don't recommend ANY of them. Some have artificial sweeteners that weren't there before and my body can't tollerate it.

These pull tabs are awful. I have carpal tunnel and cannot open it. I know elderly have issues too. I have to return to find a new brand now. Do better.

Product is my favorite! I love the creamer and have been using it for the last 15 years. The new bottle design is absolute trash though. It’s nearly impossible to open now. Your previous silver seal was hard to open but easy once I figured to use the cap to pop it open. This new pull tab is awful. You have to pull so hard that there’s a 100% you’ll spill creamer all over your kitchen. What’s the point of selling a product if your customers can’t open it!

My daughter in law bought this around the holidays last year. She didn’t like it. tried it one time and have been hooked ever since! I do not like any other kind of creamer in my coffee. Period. I stocked up a couple months ago and now I’m having difficulty finding it in my area. Please make this a creamer that we can have available anytime!! It is the best ;)

I've used the ID French vanilla for years. The taste is now so unpleasant, I finally switched to just plain creamer. The new tips are also not helpful at all.

Why for the love of goodness are you starting to put Sucralose in the creamers? Please label them as lower sugar CLEARLY on the label. Some people are sensitive to Sucralose and some people(me) just think its tastes bad.

The sweet and creamy flavor was my favorite creamer until the new difficult to hold and open bottle. I have arthritis and it's very hard to the bottle and I can't open the pull tab, so I'm reliant on my husband. Why these bad changes? The creamer is also more watery since the bottle redesign. Please go back to the sturdier bottle, foil seal and creamier recipe

Bring back the flavor, The "NEW" recipe leaves a bitter taste kinda like a metalic aftertaste which I find to be horrible. I usually purchase 4 of the big 64 fl.oz. bottles at a time (because I live in the country and don't want to waste time and gas running to town just for a single item) so imagine my disappointment. opening bottle after bottle to find that it tastes terrible. I have not seen any sort of label stating that there has been a change in the recipe, so my question is, "Can they legally change the recipe without changing the label?" isn't that some sort of false advertisement? More or less, leading the consumer to believe that what they are purchasing (and have purchased for years) is the same quality product that they are used to. Sort of a bait and switch if you ask me. I have trusted International Delight to give me a quality product (which they have done for years) but now it seems quality control has been pushed aside and ID is no longer concerned with customer satisfaction. "SHAME ON YOU INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT!!!"

International Hazel Nut Creamer has been my only coffee creamer for probably 15 year. The lid changed and all of a sudden it pours like cottage cheese. Absolutely no Hazelnut Flavor. SO very disappointed. There is no other option as all the other maker of Hazelnut never even came close to a good creamer. PLEASE fix.
