Thumbs up for phone/thumbs down for process
The phone has nice features, and I do like the camera quality. However, the entire process of what should’ve been transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone has been laboring, cumbersome, and a nuisance. In the process, I have had to restore, reload, and update many things only to find that a lot was lost.

iPhone 17 Pro
I couldn't receive group text messages al the time, my storage was full so I thought the issue was I needed a new phone. After purchasing a new one, I found out the issue was on going for iPhone 15 and up and the issue wasn't the phone but my cellular service. SMH. I'm still having issues with text.

Huge Upgrade!
I moved from an older iPhone (XR)to this one and it is a HUGE improvement. The speed and experience are outstanding. The migration from the old phone to this one was also easy and so far it appears to have flawlessly transferred all of my data and preferences

Major problems
The phone is good but it has a major problem that happened over and over.. When I open Netflix or Snapchat sometimes and I get out to the camera app to take a photo the whole phone stops and freezes for couple minutes sometimes half an hour and then shut down and restart and this happens a lot ..

Very disappointed with the Iphone 17 pro
I got this IPhone 17pro to replace my old 14pro, and I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed, I have a lot of software bugs since I transferred the information from my old one, and it slow, sometimes unresponsive and I need to do a hard reset in order to use it..

Meanwhile, you can try these steps and check if it helps: 1.Restart your iPhone: This can resolve temporary glitches and improve overall speed. Press and hold the side button and either volume button until "slide to power off" appears, then slide your finger across the display to turn it off. Press and hold the Side button again until the Apple logo appears to turn it back on. 2.Update iOS: Keeping your iPhone's operating system up to date can include important security patches and performance tweaks. Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, and if there is an update waiting to be installed, tap on Update Now. 3.Force Restart: If your iPhone is completely unresponsive, try a force restart. Not worth the upgrade from a 13 Pro
Upgraded the wife’s phone under a promotion, it’s really just a way to hold you under contract for 3 years without a “contract” Phone isn’t a big upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro, I’m still using a iPhone SE3 until they bring back Touch ID.

Not happy
I hate it. It didn’t come with a charger. It didn’t come with instructions on how to use. The screen is too sensitive to touch when you don’t want it to be and at other times hard to make touch function. I can’t figure out how to get my ringer off silent and don’t know how it got on silent in the first place. Overall I’m very disappointed it the phone.

Phone had a good look, battery lasts a long time, the new features are pretty cool. Camera is pretty awesome. The price though, I think is a little high as usual.

Excellent phone, missing the previous OS
The new iPhone 17 Pro is excellent, the battery lasts for 1-2 days, even with heavy use + camera use. The image and video quality is incredible in all lighting conditions. Only drawback is that the new Glass OS is rather annoying, Safari feels clunky, and labels are missing from a lot of buttons. Otherwise from a hardware perspective the phone is incredible.
