I want to love it but meh
I thought the midnight color would match the color of my black laptop which it doesn’t. It also freezes every time I unlock it so now I have to take it back to probably get a new one which is really annoying.

It’s disappointing when the color doesn’t match what you were hoping for, and even more frustrating when the phone freezes every time you unlock it. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. These are some steps that might help with the screen freeze: -Start with a force restart by quickly pressing and releasing Volume Up, then Volume Down, then hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears. -Update your phone to the latest iOS version available. -Check your storage. Sometimes phones freeze when storage is nearly full. -Identify problematic apps. If freezes happen while using a specific app, try reinstalling or updating that app. -Reset settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings. This won’t delete your data but resets system preferences. If nothing of this works, you might consider reaching out to Apple and take advantage of the one-year limited warranty they provide. For warranty support, product exchanges, or repairs, we recommend contacting Apple Support or visiting your nearest Apple Store with your iPhone and proof of purchase. The phone is great....
....but I ordered it because ATT was offering 'up to $1100' in trade on my current phone. The phone was in excellent condition yet ATT only gave me $700 in credit. I could have got the same trade balance from Apple where I could have paid the difference in full and been free an clear. Now I am beholded to ATT for 3 years or be forced to forfeit my trade value. I feel deceived.

Buyer's remorse on the Pro Max, I find it heavy and too large in my hand to hold comfortably. The touch response on the screen is bad, must tap multiple times before anything happens.

Disappointing battery life and charging speeds.
I have had the iPhone 13 for many years and recently switched to this new version, and my immediate issue is the battery. It doesn't last nearly as long as my previous phone did. It is actually becoming an issue how often I have had to recharge this new phone. My old phone would last all day, and then I would charge it every night. I have to charge this one much more frequently.
