I don’t get notifications on my texts or my phone.

Thanks for flagging this — missing notifications can usually be resolved with a few quick setting checks. Please try the following troubleshooting steps: Turn Focus / Do Not Disturb off: Settings > Focus Check notification settings: Settings > Notifications > Messages (and Phone) → allow notifications, banners, and sounds Make sure Sounds & Haptics volume is up and the Silent switch is off Confirm Scheduled Notification Summary is turned off if alerts seem delayed Verify you’re signed into iCloud and Messages correctly Restart the device Update to the latest iOS version Reset network settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings If notifications still aren’t coming through after this, Apple diagnostics may be needed to rule out a software or hardware issue.

Worst experience ever!!!
The absolute worst experience ever with this purchase. Was sold two defective phones and ATT did not do anything. I had to drive a hour to an Apple Store and they had to send it out to fix it. As a result I had no access to the phone. Will be switching carrier as soon as I find the time

New phone never worked
Could never get the brand new phone to work out of the box. ATT showed it was active on their end but phone was non-working on customer end. Returned the phone to ATT.

Speakers & video dont work

Love the camera and AI
I love this phone. Great camera, and the AI is awesome. The only thing I don’t love is the multi function button that took the place of the toggle button for silent mode. It’s clumsy and hard to push.
