14 Pro Max to 17 Pro Max, better life qualities.
I went from an iPhone 14 Pro Max to a 17 Pro Max. The most significant improvement for me is the speed of USB-C. Moving 4 K files back and forth took up a considerable amount of my time. How will I move 100 GB worth of photos and vids? That now takes 30 minutes. It used to take hours. I wish the Zoom camera were better. I feel my Galaxy S22 has a better zoom range than this iPhone. However, having Zoom is nice to have. And the nighttime photos are so much faster. The other part is that I used to have my phone overheat a lot while driving or on a daytime hike. I don't have the phone telling me it's overheating. I'll look back again at this during the summer if it still holds.

Pro Max for the Win!
After buying the air iPhone version I figured out that steering away from the Pro Max was the better option. Word to the wise, the air iPhone is subpar and its operability is GREATLY diminished. The pro Max definitely is the better choice

Keep your iPhone 16, this is garbage.
Regret purchasing it. They moved the flash so far away from the lens that the macro is no useless. I’ve never had a phone that messes up as much as this one. The camera app freezes all the time. This thing is not done well.

Great phone and easy trade in with ATT
I was surprised with how nice the new graphics and ai features are on the iphone 17. The ai is more helpful on specific automation feature than a general bot which is nice. And glass is surprisingly nice. And the battery life is better although not great. After that it’s just like past iphone pro maxes: nice screen, plenty of memory, fast, etc. and typing is still terrible in comparison to an android.

Tech for the older generation
Had the new phone for over a month now, my eye sight is not as it use to be since turning 60, I can see texts, names when calls come in more clearly. My only difficulty was since I've had my precious phone for 4. Yrs was the new os. Just trying to figure it out, since it's different than my previous. Once I figured out how to do what i previously took for granted it, this phone and new OS is amazing

Not what I expected
I liked my iPhone 15 pro max. I thought the 17 would be better. I was wrong. It has great battery life, but it has a lot of glitches. It doesn’t always recognize touch. Sometimes I can’t even answer my phone. CarPlay also has issues freezing in both my vehicles. I’m just very disappointed in this phone!
