I was looking for a low carb protein snack, and after lots of research found IQ Bars. I purchased one box each of Almond Butter Chip, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Sea Salt, and Salted Caramel Chip. All four of these are delicious, and provide the great low carb protein snack I needed. I’m so glad I tried them!

Taste like chia tea!! So I do love this brand and I will say peanut butter is my favorite and the chocolate sea salt. These are labeled almond butter chip but definitely do not taste at all like it.

I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing such positive ones for this bar and being someone who loves a protein bar, I had to try. These are truly awful. So dry and crumbly with a weird taste.

I've tried lots of different protein bars, and since I'm a Weight Watcher member the nutritional information is very important to me, and these are only 4 delicious points. Also if the bar is satisfying and filling. IQ Bars meet every qualification, plus they taste great. I especially like the Toasted Coconut and the Almond Butter Chip.

Not only do they taste great with no funky aftertaste like some protein bars but I've noticed some changes mentally and physically. I feel less anxiety, less hungry, and great BMs. Peanut butter is my favorite but can't wait to try the new salted caramel

I was hoping for more of an almond butter flavor here. This has a fairly heavy cinnamon taste - like an oatmeal raisin cookie. I’m definitely going to eat the box I ordered but probably won’t order another one.

I love everything about the texture & flavors in these bars! My husband & I like the banana nut & almond butter chip the best! We eat them everyday for breakfast with yogurt. Added bonus is 1 gram of sugar only! We can’t wait for the gingerbread bars to come back in season. Yum!
