Q: Can the locator be tracked with find my at any distance, like find my air pods, etc. Or is it only within the 150 feet diameter?

This means it can be tracked at a distance, similar to AirTags or other devices that leverage the Find My network, and not just within its immediate Bluetooth range of 150 feet. Here's how it works: Bluetooth Range (150 feet): When the tracker is within 150 feet of your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you can use the Find My app to make it play a sound, helping you pinpoint its exact location. Find My Network (Global): If the tracker is out of your personal Bluetooth range, it leverages the vast Find My network. This network consists of hundreds of millions of Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, Macs) around the world. You do not need to discard the item locator after its initial battery life, which is stated to be up to one year (though actual battery life can vary depending on usage). You can simply replace the CR2032 coin battery to continue using the device. Should have read the reviews. Mine didn’t come with an extra battery like it said in the description and 30 minutes after I connected it - or at least I think I connected it - it said low battery

This could be good if you find yourself looking for your phone or other devices frequently. As long as you have your keys, you can just use this device to help locate it. Important to note that it only works with Apple stuff, so won't help you if you have an Android phone. Probably most usable if it's in your home, since its range is 150 feet and it won't work if your phone is miles away.

The Item Locator - Dealworthy is a great product. It’s durable, easy to set up with the included directions. It can be used in many different ways, or attached to items. It works up to 150 feet. Enable the sound to find the tracker, it includes batteries that last up to six months.

Deal Worthy Item Locator only works with Apple iOS phones. I don't have an iphone so I am unable to test this item from the Target Hey, Bullseye product testing program. If they create an android app to use I will update my review.

I like this product. So far we activated it and it was a simple process to do that. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 due to the size of it. I would like it to be a little more sleeker so you couldn't tell that it's really there.

If every device you have is Apple and you live in a populated area (and expect the item you attach it to to stay in the general vicinity) this will work well. As you may already know, air tags depend on the Bluetooth of other nearby Apple devices to work, so if you're out in the woods, it probably won't work well, if at all.

This Item Locator from from Deal Worthy is interesting enough. It works with Apple devices using the Find My app. Using it is straight forward, but I wasn't that impressed. Being able to locate an item from only 150 feet away isn't particularly useful when you put things away in the same places as usual. Maybe this would be better for someone who loses their keys a lot or something, but the use case is really limited. I mean for $10 you can't expect too much, but the fact that the battery life is only 6 months isn't really great either. There are a lot of options out there that last much longer and have greater distance and functionality so for me personally I don't think this is that special.

This tracker is great. It is perfect to put on my keys so I don't lose them. It is small which I like because I don't like having a lot of bulky keychains on my keys. It is easy to set up and use. If you misplaced your keys like I do, you will find this very helpful.

It gets the job done. I use it on my dog’s collar and it works well. I wish the music would play longer with each search application press. I don’t know how sturdy it is; it feels very lightweight so I am hoping it holds up. I’m also hoping that I can train my dog to come as I press the music search feature.

Nice cheap alternative to an Apple tag. Size is pretty small and discreet. It takes a CR2032 battery that is not rechargeable, but the box does say it has a 6 months battery life so shouldn’t need to replace too often.

I installed this on an apple device, it was working within seconds. Loud audible alarm, easy to use. Can locate your easily misplaced keys in the house, in the car, in a drawer, under the bed, in a sofa cushion, in your desk at work. You don't even notice it on your key chain, very light, I have purchased a few more.

This tracks very well. You can be across town and still track your item. I do love that it syncs to the apple product. If the tracker is not associated with your phone it have your phone alert you that a tracker is with you. My only complaint is it says the battery last six months but a week after opening it I’ve gotten alerts saying the battery is low.

I like this tag that i am able to put on something that I need to keep track of. I can put it in my suitcase for when i travel . Or even put it on my kids backpack. It was easy to set up on apple find my.
